Minelco in Europe are in the process of compiling business plans for the industry areas we serve; the meeting was an excellent forum for discussing the plan contents with the sales team. New ideas, opportunities and market information were gathered to be made use of in the final plans due to submission at the end of the month.
For continuous learning Minelco find communication is key; at this meeting a new case study format was adopted whereby five sales managers highlighted a recent situation with a customer / supplier and internal global colleagues.
The sales meeting on the final day became an integrated one with our production and technical colleagues who are our backbone. Presentations, discussions and updates on investments and projects gave the sales team useful information to take away.
